Schedule Terms and Conditions

We offer morning and evening flights when the conditions are perfect for ballooning. Reservations are required. A 50% deposit per person is required to hold your space.

If you need to cancel for any reason you must do so 7 days prior to your flight to receive a refund minus a $15 per person booking fee. If you cancel your flight after the 7 day period you will lose your deposit.  No shows will be charged the balance due for their flight. If we are unable to fly due to weather conditions, and you are unable to reschedule your flight you may do so minus a $10 per person booking fee.

For your flight plan at least 3 hours before we return to you to our pick up point. All passengers need to sign a release form prior to their flight. Our flights are not recommended for children under the age of 10 and adults over the age of 75, or people who have leg and back injuries and passengers who are pregnant. Your pilot reserves the right to refuse any passenger to participate in this activity and cancel or shorten any flight based on his professional judgment for your safety.
